April Visits

We had two special visits in April.  My mother-in-law, Janet, and her husband, Ron, came down to visit for Janet's birthday weekend (the big 5-0)...which also happened to be Easter Weekend.

We had the best dinner at Lucky 32.

We treated her to a spa day at The Umstead and then had another delicious dinner at Sullivan's.

Sunday we joined the family for a fabulous lunch and then went to Clayton for Janet and Ron to have dinner with my Mama and Don.

It was an awesome weekend!!


The next weekend, Kevin's dad's sister, Patti, came to visit.  It was a weekend filled with golf.  The first outing was to Knight's Play for 9 at night.

I read my book most of the time...

We all had a lot of fun!

The rest of the weekend was golf, golf and more golf.  However, we did make time for the last home game of the season and got to go on the ice after the game.  We were honored as season ticket holders with our name on the boards.  That was fun to see!

Two great weekends!!  Love you Janet, Ron and Aunt Patti!  Miss you!
